Pricing

Three plans, by the shape of the business.

Not by how many features we are willing to withhold. The plans follow how a cleaning company actually grows: you, then crews and payroll, then contracts and second companies.

Placeholder numbers

The prices below are stand-ins so this page has a real shape to argue with. Broomstack pricing is not set yet. Book a demo and we will tell you exactly what you would pay, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Solo

Owner-operator, one or two crews. You are still in the field most days.

399/ month

On every plan

Things that are never an upsell.

Charging a cleaning company extra per technician for the app the technician needs to do the job is a way of taxing you for hiring. We are not going to do that.

  • The crew app for every technician, at no extra head count
  • Unlimited clients and unlimited jobs
  • Recurring series, including last-Friday-of-the-month
  • Service agreements and e-signature
  • Verbal acknowledgment when the crew is already rolling
  • Photos and checklists on every job
  • Clock in and out, against the job
  • Auto-invoicing when a job is completed
  • Client portal, quality surveys and tipping
  • Team chat and training modules
  • Live GPS and crew presence
  • Support from the people who built it

Straight answers

Questions worth asking.

Why is there no signup button?

Because a cleaning company is not a to-do app. Getting you running means your pricing, your service agreement, your crews and your pay model — and every one of those is a conversation, not a form field.

We would rather spend half an hour with you first and tell you honestly if it is not a fit.

Are Stripe and Gusto fees included?

No. Stripe bills you for card and ACH processing, and Gusto bills you for payroll filing. Those are their prices, paid to them, on your own accounts. Broomstack does not mark them up and does not take a cut of your payments.

Do I pay per technician?

Not decided. Along with the plan prices, per-seat charging is one of the things still being worked out — which is exactly why this page says placeholder on it instead of pretending otherwise.

Do I have to use the payroll piece?

No. You can run the pay reports, see what each person is owed, and pay them however you already do — cash, Zelle, check — and Broomstack will record it. The Gusto connection is there when you want real W-2 filing, not before.

Ask what it would actually cost you.

We will look at your crew count, your book, and what you are paying for now, and give you a real number.
