Commercial contracts
Janitorial work does not fit a residential calendar. Here it gets its own shape.
The shift starts at nine at night and ends at half past one in the morning. It is one shift. Most software insists it is two days, and then your hours, your pay and your invoice are all wrong in three different directions.
What it does about it
The specifics.
Multi-site accounts
One client, fourteen buildings, each with its own address, its own access and its own scope. Not fourteen unrelated clients who happen to share a name.
Scopes per area, not per building
Restrooms nightly, floors weekly, glass monthly. Instead of one line that says “clean the office” and an argument in month three about what that meant.
Windows that cross midnight
A 9pm-to-1:30am shift is one shift. Hours, pay and coverage all agree with each other.
One invoice at the end of the month
A fourteen-site account gets one consolidated invoice, not fourteen. Their AP department will like you, and AP departments decide whether you get renewed.
See it on your own week.
Half an hour, your real jobs, no canned demo account.
