Commission pool, split across the crew
Each job carries a pool. The pool splits across the people assigned to that job. It is computed from the work, not retyped from it.
Trainers on their own hourly rate
Training is not the same work as cleaning and should not be paid out of the same pool. It is a separate rate, tracked separately.
